2023 Gender Equality Index
In accordance with the provisions of the “Professional Future” law of September 5, 2018, Kayentis has established its Gender Equality Index.
What is the professional equality index?
The index evaluates the professional equality between women and men within companies in the form of an overall score out of 100 points, which each company calculates from the following 5 indicators:
Below the 75-point threshold, the company must define and implement corrective measures within three years.
What are Kayentis’ results in France?
Kayentis is required to publish its Gender Equality Index. For 2023, we are proud of the result of this Index, which shows a score of 99 points/100.
