He rose to President and CEO in 2013, driving Kayentis global presence through eCOA and Patient Engagement strategies. Committed to growth and staff engagement, he champions an ambitious Corporate Social Responsibility policy.
Estelle brings 20+ years of experience in pre-clinical and clinical research from Top 5 Pharma and Biotech firms. Leading projects across Phases 1 to 4 in diverse therapeutic areas, she offers deep insights into clinical science, operations, and regulatory intricacies. Appointed as Chief Medical Officer at Kayentis in May 2019.
With a robust engineering background and two decade of hands-on experience, Estelle, joined Kayentis in 2006. She spearheaded the development of Clin’Form, Kayentis’ eCOA solution, and became COO in 2012, steering the helm towards amplifying operational excellence and propelling Kayentis towards unprecedented growth.
A seasoned finance and administration expert with over 25 years of diverse industry experience, including pharmaceuticals, telecom, and IT, Matthieu assumed the role of CFO at Kayentis in September 2021. Previously, he held CFO roles at eFront (14+ years) and Voluntis (5 years), driving growth and transformation in both companies.
Eric boasts extensive software development and management experience, spanning both start-ups and multinational giants. After thriving for over a decade as a manager and product leader at an international software editor, he joined Kayentis in March 2018, infusing the team with his wealth of expertise.
With over 20 years of expertise in quality and regulatory compliance from top industry players like Medtronic, Terumo, and Fresenius across the USA and Europe, Florence brings a wealth of knowledge. Prior to specializing in quality, Florence led transformative process improvement projects as a management consultant in the USA.
With a decade of software project management experience, Martial made significant contributions at Cognizant for six years before joining Kayentis in 2018. He transitioned from clinical projects to product and services management, ultimately being appointed Head of Product Marketing in October 2021, showcasing his strategic acumen and leadership.
Bringing over two decades of seasoned HR expertise across diverse corporate landscapes, Véronique stands as a stalwart in the realm of human resource management. In her role as HR Director at Kayentis since January 2016, she spearheads a transformative journey, enriching the company’s trajectory and nurturing its invaluable asset: its people.
Celine brings almost two decades of communications experience in the life sciences. As a co-founder of a healthcare communication agency for over a decade, she has supported top pharma and innovative healthcare companies. Since April 2019, she has been leading marketing and communication at Kayentis with her innovative strategies.
With a solid decade of expertise in clinical trials and data management, Laure seamlessly integrated Kayentis in 2017 as data manager. Beyond her professional prowess, she’s a dedicated advocate for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), having been instrumental in its inception. Today, Laure stands at the helm, leading Kayentis’ impactful CSR initiatives with passion and purpose.

Franck is managing director at LBO France and a leading investor in the digital health space. Prior to joining LBO France in 2016, he was general partner of Innovation Capital and director at Apax Partners for over 15 years after an international career in banking with EBRD and Societe Générale.
Morgane Decultieux
Morgane holds a PhD in pharmacy. She began her career in healthcare investment at Merieux Equity Partners and then was consultant for the pharmaceutical industry at IQVIA. Morgane is investment director at Extens, an European private equity fund dedicated to healthcare software.
Benoit Zilber
Benoit is the Director of Equity Investments at Bpifrance Investissement. Before joining Bpifrance in 2013 as an Investment Officer, Benoit worked in financial engineering/M&A at a bank (Banque Populaire) and in a firm (Sorbonne Finance). He began his career at AFIC (now known as France Invest.

Jean-Luc has a wide range of management experience in the technology sector (ATOS, Axime, CEGID, Altares Duns & Bradstreet) and has also practiced Corporate Finance. After several years in investment banking, Jean-Luc is now concentrating on his own personal activities as an investor and independent director. He is also a general management consultant working in particular with Private Equity Funds.
Pierre Casse
Pierre has 40 years’ experience in auditing and consultancy, working with companies and their directors. Since 2010 he has been President and CEO of KCE Consultants, where he practices as an investment consultant and independent director.
