GUILLAUME JUGE, President & CEO
Guillaume has 25 years experience of company management and business development.
After 12 years in international listed companies, he joined Kayentis in 2006 as Managing Director and was named President and CEO in 2013. He launched the eCOA and Patient Engagement strategy to make Kayentis a global player in this space.
He is committed to an ambitious Corporate Social Responsibility policy as a key driver of both growth and staff engagement.
ESTELLE HAENEL PharmD PhD, Chief Medical Officer
Estelle has more than 20 years’ experience in both pre-clinical and clinical research in Top 5 Pharma and Biotech companies, mainly at Pfizer. She has led projects from Phase 1 through 4 in multiple therapeutic areas, providing solid experience in clinical science and clinical operations, as well as a good understanding of the complexity of the regulatory environment. She joined Kayentis as Chief Medical Officer in May 2019.
ESTELLE BONELLI, COO
An engineer by training, Estelle has 15 years of experience in operations and project management. She joined Kayentis at the beginning of 2006, and contributed to the building of Kayentis eCOA solution, Clin’Form. She was appointed COO in 2012 to develop operational services supporting projects and Kayentis growth.
MATTHIEU PLESSIS, CFO
With more than 25 years of experience in finance and administration, in pharmaceutical, telecom and information technology industries, Matthieu joined Kayentis in September 2021 as CFO. Previously, he has been successively Chief Financial Officer at eFront (Fintech software vendor) for more than 14 years and Voluntis (digital therapeutics) for 5 years, supporting these companies in fast growing and transformation phases.
ERIC ROETS, CTO
Eric has significant experience in software development and in management. He has worked both in start-ups and multinational companies. After 13 years as a manager and product leader for an international software editor he joined Kayentis in March 2018.
FLORENCE LAVERNY-RAFTER, Quality and Regulatory Director
Florence brings 20+ years of experience in quality and regulatory compliance from Medtronic and Terumo in the USA, and Fresenius in Europe. Prior to specializing in quality, Florence led process improvement and systems projects as a management consultant in the USA.
STEPHANE ROUX, Chief Commercial Officer
Stéphane is an international business leader with a compelling track record of profitable sustainable growth. He has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry in industrial operations and sales with an extensive practice in business development and account management with large and strategic fast growing B2B accounts in medical devices in NA, EMEA, and APAC. He joined Kayentis in 2023.
MARTIAL MARCOTTI, Head of Strategic Marketing
Martial has 10 years’ experience in software project management. After 6 years working at Cognizant on projects for large international groups, he joined Kayentis in 2018. At Kayentis, he worked on clinical projects before moving to product and services management. He was appointed Strategic Marketing Director in October 2021.
VERONIQUE DERIAT, Head of Human Resources
Véronique has 22 years of HR experience in large international groups as well as start-up and joint-ventures. She joined Kayentis in January 2016 as HR Director to bring HR support to the development of the company and of its employees.
CELINE HOLLINGER, Marketing/Communications Director
Céline has more than 15 years’ experience in communications in the life-sciences industry. She founded and has co-led a healthcare communication agency for over 10 years supporting communications in Top Pharma and innovative healthcare companies, especially Medtech and Biotech. She joined Kayentis in April 2019 as Marketing & Commmunication Director.
LAURE MALLET, CSR Manager
Laure has 10 years’ experience in clinical trials and data management, and joined Kayentis as a data manager in 2017. She is committed to CSR and has been part of the CSR team since its creation. Laure now leads the CSR activities.

JEAN-LUC LÉNART, CHAIRMAN
Jean-Luc has a wide range of management experience in the technology sector (ATOS, Axime, CEGID, Altares Duns & Bradstreet) and has also practiced Corporate Finance. After several years in investment banking, Jean-Luc is now concentrating on his own personal activities as an investor and independent director. He is also a general management consultant working in particular with Private Equity Funds.
CHANTAL PARPEX, MEMBER
After 10 years in the medical sector, Chantal held senior management positions in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years and was a consultant in the healthcare sector for Gemini Consulting. She founded and run Bioam, an early stage life science fund. Chantal, former President of Innovation Capital since 2004, joined LBO France in 2016 when the two companies merged.
CEDRIC BERGER, MEMBER
Cedric has been working for 12 years as a Private Equity Investor. He started his career in finance at 3i and later joined UI Gestion, where he developed a focus on the healthcare industry. He then founded ArchiMed before integrating Extens team as an Investment Partner. He is responsible for analysing new opportunities, organising the process flow for deals and assisting Investees. Previously, Cédric worked in Marketing and Strategy for the CAC40 groups Schneider Electric and Alstom.
FRANCK NOIRET, MEMBER
Franck is managing director at LBO France and a leading investor in the digital health space. Prior to joining LBO France in 2016, he was general partner of Innovation Capital and director at Apax Partners for over 15 years after an international career in banking with EBRD and Societe Générale.
PIERRE CASSE, MEMBER
Pierre has 40 years’ experience in auditing and consultancy, working with companies and their directors. Since 2010 he has been President and CEO of KCE Consultants, where he practices as an investment consultant and independent director.
