In accordance with the provisions of the French “Professional Future” law of September 5, 2018, Kayentis has established its Gender Equality Index.
What is the professional equality index?
The index evaluates the professional equality between women and men within companies in the form of an overall score out of 100 points, which each company calculates from the following 5 indicators:
- Gender pay gap (40 points)
- Gap in the proportion of women and men receiving raises (20 points)
- Difference in the proportion of women and men promoted (15 points)
- Percentage of female employees receiving a raise upon return from maternity leave (15 points)
- Number of employees of the underrepresented gender in the top 10 highest paid (10 points)
Below the 75-point threshold, the company must define and implement corrective measures within three years.
What are Kayentis’ results in France?
Kayentis is required to publish its Gender Equality Index. For 2024, we are proud of the result of this Index, which shows a score of 99 points/100.
