To respect individual needs, and promote a healthy work-life balance, we prefer that each person manages their own time and their working hours based on their own objectives while at the same time fulfilling the requirements of the team: this includes home-working, flexibility in working hours, and part-time work options. In parallel, we encourage individual initiatives since we believe that the future of Kayentis depends on everyone’s ideas and actions.
